Simply complete the Hub Account application form and tick box to apply for club membership.

Assessment documents required:

· Permanently employed

-  identity document (South African bar-coded ID or passport and work permit)

-  Latest 3 months non-internet bank statements reflecting income or latest payslip

· Self employed

-  identity document (South African bar-coded ID or passport and work permit)

-  Latest 3 months non-internet bank statements reflecting income or latest payslip

-  Letter from accountant

Once your account has been approved, you can start shopping.

Get your family shopping by applying for a supplementary card.

Please note that this form cannot be submitted electronically. You will need to print the form, complete it with your details, supplementary card applicant details and hand in at your nearest store. Alternatively, you can fax your application form to 0861105864.

1. You need to supply a copy of your South African bar-coded ID document and your supplementary card applicants ID document.

2. Once the card has been approved, you will receive it in the post.

Payments can be made:

-       At any Hub store till point

-       Via automatic payment order – call our call centre on 0861 843 482 to arrange this option

-       At any Nedbank branch (your 16 digit card number is your reference number)

-       Over the internet – the Hub is a pre approved beneficiary on Nedbank, ABSA, Standard Bank and FNB internet banking sites (your 16 digit card number is your reference number)
