All Insurance Policy Claims
Whenever you claim, all premiums and your Account balance must be paid up to date.

After the event you’re insured for, you need to notify us as soon as possible but within 120 days by contacting the Hub Financial Services Department on 0861 88 88 99 or by fax on 086 609 6918.

You can pick up a claim form from any Hub store or organize one through the Hub Financial Services Department. The claim form must be returned to the Hub within 30 days, together with any accompanying documentation.

Once a claim is accepted, it will be settled according to the policy time frame.

All Hub Financial Services Insurance policies are underwritten by Guardrisk Life Limited, a subsidiary of MMI Holdings. The Hub (Pty) Ltd (Registration number 2004/033029/07) is an authorized financial services provider – License number 38683.
