On Approval
Please bring in your South African green bar-coded ID or passport on collection of your card (to prove it is you!)
Either your latest 3 months pay slips or latest 3 months bank stamped bank statements for verification.
If you have completed the online form, you will need to print this out and bring it in too.
Your card will need to be activated in the store in which you applied (or selected in the event of the online application).

Supplementary cards for other family members can then be applied for. Remember you, as the primary account holder, are still responsible for payment of this account, including any supplementary cards used by these family members too.

Using Your Hub Card
Remember your Hub Account card is like a credit card, remember to sign the back of your card when you first receive it and keep it in a safe place (don’t let anyone else use it!). Bring it every time you shop at the Hub and make sure that you get it back after your purchase and that you sign your docket.

Keep your sales docket and check it against your monthly statement.

If you lose your card or it is stolen, please contact us immediately so that you will not be charged for purchases made after that.

Paying with your Hub Account Card
Your Hub Account must be paid every month and you need to pay at least the minimum payment due by the date shown on your statement. Interest is charged on outstanding balances (just like a credit card). If you do not pay, you risk having a bad credit record.

Should you not receive your statement, you must still pay what is due, so you should contact the customer care line by the end of the month.

Don’t forget to present your Hub Account Card when paying your Account in any Hub Store at the till points or you can also pay your account via an automatic payment order or at a Nedbank Branch.

Should you have any questions, please contact us on 0861 88 88 99.

The Hub Card is issued and administered by Nedbank Limited, (Registration number 1951/00009/06, VAT Registration number 4320016074), 135 Rivonia Campus, 135 Rivonia Road, Sandown, Sandton, 2196, South Africa.
