Entries for the competition close on 31 August 2010.
The winner and runner-up will be notified telephonically.
Should the winner or runner-up not be contactable telephonically within 48 hours, the prizes will be transferred to a newly drawn winner or runner-up and the original winner or runner up shall forfeit their prize.
No staff member of The Hub and/or any of their associated or affiliated companies and/or agencies, and staff members or their immediate family; nor members of the sponsors of any competition listed on this page, and/or any of their affiliated companies and/or agencies, and members of their immediate family, may enter the competition hosted by the Company.
No persons under 18 years of age may enter.
The competition is only open to South African citizens or residents and proof of citizenship or lawful residency, as the case may be, will need to be presented by way of either a valid South African identity document, valid driver’s license, South African passport or passport with the required visa.
The winners agree to co-operate with the Company in participating in any public relations exposure.
The winners’ details will be published on The Hub website.
The judge’s decision shall be final and no correspondence in this regard, will be entered into.
The prize is not transferable and non-refundable. None of the prize components may be exchanged for cash.
There are five prize vouchers available to win, consisting of:
R10 000 voucher per day over 5 days

12. Neither e.tv (Pty) Ltd and The Hub, their respective employees, directors and agents, are or shall be responsible for:

Lost, late, delayed, misdirected, unintelligible or incomplete electronic mail.
Telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties.
Errors in transmission, any condition caused by events beyond the control of The Hub or e.tv which may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted.
13. The Hub will not be held responsible for entries not received in the event of participants not successfully completing the entering mechanism supplied.

Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressor.
The Hub shall be entitled to terminate this competition without notice in their sole discretion and no party shall be entitled to any compensation therefore.
